KY-FGP-II
Predator II is a low-cost Frame Grabber supporting the CoaXPress v2.1 standard. The Predator II is capable of receiving video streams from a single CoaXPress link at bit rates up to 12.5 Gbps, including PoCXP. This CoaXPress 12G Frame Grabber is ideally suited for industrial, defense, and aerospace machine vision systems applications.
The Predator II can easily receive a video stream on the CoaXPress v2.1 link and transmit it to computer memory through the PCIe interface. This product also provides an external GPIO bracket for machine control signals such as triggers, shaft encoders, exposure control, and general I/O, which can be controlled alongside the video stream acquisition.
The Predator II uses a standard Micro-BNC connector as a CoaXPress interface to the camera and a standard D-Sub panel mount connector for general-purpose I/O. The Frame Grabber utilizes PCIe Gen2 x4 links for communication with the host PC for video uploading and configuration.
