KAYA Instruments Warranty and Support Information
As the provider of multiple product lines from our own R&D process, KAYA Instruments is responsible and oversees each item at every step. Once a product leaves our offices, the best warranty terms and post-sell support are provided to ensure customers feel confident they purchased a first-line item.
KAYA Instruments Official Warranty Includes:
- A one (1) year guarantee inclusive of parts and labor. (Warranty length for specific items may vary and can be found in the product description).
- All pass-through items and peripheral equipment attached to a product are considered “as-is” from the original manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified in design or function, subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.

Free technical support, including documentation and expert assistance via email, telephone, fax, or the website support service, will be provided by our experienced engineers. Extended support periods can also be arranged if required, based on mutually agreed terms.
